Our model of care is first class. At Greenwich Place our team are passionate and qualified in their area of expertise, from clinical managers, registered nurses, lifestyle coordinators, personal care attendants, chefs, and allied health professionals. Our aim is to make residents and their families feel welcome, respected, safe, and secure. We offer a full range aged care services that you may need.
Permanent residential aged care offers dedicated care support with daily activities, mobility equipment, medication assistance, all meals, personal care items, continence management and assistance with access to other health services.
Residential respite care, often referred to as short-term care, allows the primary carer to take a much-needed break, or to assist when extra care is needed following a hospital stay or illness.
Although Greenwich Place does not provide a specific, secure dementia area, our sophisticated nurse call and client location technology enables us to ensure the safety and security of residents who may wander. We do welcome residents with mild dementia who can live happily in our residence with dignity and respect.
Palliative care requires special attention and thought. We have experienced, dedicated staff who are focussed on looking after clients and their families at this emotional time. Our team is specially trained to provide the highest level of comfort, support and care for residents nearing the end of life.
Our qualified healthcare professionals create individualised programs
for residents that nurture mind, body, and spirit. The programs offer
physical, intellectual, social, cultural, pastoral, and creative activities.
Hotel-style amenities include a piano lounge, private dining room, hair and beauty salon, barber shop, library, hydrotherapy pool and gymnasium.
Our focus is always on giving residents more choices for what they want to do.
All suites are fitted with True Sense™ technology, which utilises discreet motion sensors to alert staff when help may be needed, such as a fall or assistance in the ensuite.
The system is programmed to each resident’s personal needs, such as those requiring memory-triggers which in turn supports a sense of independence.
